No.
What I have found impressive is some of the tools used for webinars,
hackerthons and conferences. Tools such as Zoom and Slack. Several
conference platforms allow participants to post a question, then the
other participants can vote on which of the questions should be asked.
If you can wait a few months, you could have a team of ANU TechLauncher
students research what is available and then tailor some free tools.

Perhaps you could make those hybrid: have some people in the room and
some online, at the same time. Just about every university and
conference provider is working on how to do that, right now.
