The issue of the accessibility of COVID-19 vaccination websites has been 
raised in the USA. If you can't see the information about vaccination, 
or use the booking system, then it may be difficult to get vaccinated.

I haven't seen this issue raised in Australia so far. It is a little 
more serious than not being able to buy tickets for the Sydney Olympics.
