The ACT Digital Health Record project is a long term one to provide the
records needed internally to treat patients in ACT Government
hospitals and clinics. So this system needs very detailed records:

Officially the project was accelerated for handling COVID-19 
vaccination. But I wonder if the team just did a little separate system 
for this.
