Well-written, but not a scientific paper and uses the sort of passive-
aggressive language common to conspiracy theorists. I.e., sounds
authoritative but really isn't, and with a general sense of preachy
foreboding.

It would be a lot better with direct support from actual virologists
(not just the odd tweet from one). The links he presents are not to
primary sources, and a few of the sites he links to do not seem very
reputable to me. USRTK for example.

So - an opinion piece at best. In my opinion :-)
