Nothing simple about it. Creating a micro-credential is very complex and 
difficult undertaking, even for ACS, which has experience in delivering 
small units of professional development online. I wrote one of the ACS's 
previous professional development courses, but haven't had much to do 
with the newer micro-credentials:
