Zoom has a reasonable whiteboard. I think it's available in the free
version, could be wrong.

tldraw and excalidraw are really good and very simple to use and share,
especially if you have an existing comms channel open like a discord
voice channel.

If you are sketching etc I also recommend getting a cheap tablet each.
They are useful for so much more than just whiteboarding, and might
unleash a new creative side in Mr 10. For rough sketching you don't
need an expensive A4-size, high-resolution tablet, a half or 1/3 size
one will do fine. Pretty much any tablet+stylus is better for sketching
than a mouse, touchpad, touchpoint or trackball.
