Downturn in Demand?  Is anyone else noticing a signficant downturn in new client demand?

I run an Eating Disorder focused clinic (in Melbourne and Teleahealth - Psychologists and Dietitians) and we've had a sudden and very signficiant downturn in new client demand over the past month - WAY earlier than it usually happens over Christmas. I'm curious to know whether others are experiencing this?

One factor regarding diet-related client work is that Ozempic, a recently developed diabetic medication, might indeed soon impact local practitioner-demand?
