It's called MY Health Record for a reason. It's up to you to get your GP 
to upload a Shared Health Summary, which is a very brief overview of 
what problems/conditions you may have.

As the system tells you when you log on, it will contain very little, if 
anything about your health care past.

If, after getting a record, you are prescribed medicines on the PBS 
list, they will be recorded, as will visits to your GP.

There may or may not be pathology lab test results or discharge 
summaries if you have been in hospital.

It will contain your immunization status, but you can get that from 
Medicare anyway.

There is very little of any value to either a patient or researchers in 
a My Health Record, its biggest problems are that it is incomplete (see 
above) and there is no guarantee it is current.

And it cost well over $2billion.
