[LINK] AI and ML libraries

Hi

Can anyone provide me a pointer to  good library or libraries for AI and M? Any pertinent reading material would also be welcome.

My programming background in C, C++, PHP, Perl, Java and Javascript. I haven’t done much Python but have had to deal with it.

I want to explore its use in humanities and to test its relevance for me in a project I am about to undertake.
