Hardly, the Australian Army and Air-force both operate that model of
Chinese drone:
"The Royal Australian Air Force’s (RAAF) No 36 Squadron has introduced
a DJI Phantom 4 drone to support the Home Station Check on the service’s
C-17A Globemaster military transport aircraft."
https://www.airforce-technology.com/news/dji-phantom-4-globemaster/
"The capability of unmanned aerial systems (UAS), including the DJI
Phantom 4 and the Black Hornet, were on display today at Randwick
Barracks as the Australian Army continues to roll out the technology
across the country."

However, these drones have not been modified to carry weapons, so the
manufacturer may not be too concerned.
