The 2022/23 Australian Federal Budget Papers are available online:
https://budget.gov.au/2022-23-october/

My own take on the budget is that the NBN and mobile network expansion
should take account of new satellite options, and the use of shared
infrastructure.

In terms of education, the expansion of university places will be of
limited value if restricted to traditional on-campus, long program
options. Universities need to be incentivized to deliver shorter,
flexible programs (like TAFE), to get the workforce up to speed quickly,
and provide equitable access.

ps: Interesting mention in the budget of a $155M ship to support the
robot submarines which were already planned to be built in Sydney by the
previous government.
