I see the CCS model dying, in the end. NACS is superior in many ways, but the killer here is that the actual chargers are more efficient and more reliable than CCS machines.

It’s a re-run of the VHS vs Betamax debacle, though in this case, I see that the superior technology may well win out this time.

Europe will hold out with CCS2 for a while, I’m sure - but Tesla are so far ahead in the charging network game than anyone else, so they may win in the end.

I suspect that there will be an emerging market for (conversion) dongles… :-)
