[LINK] Optus Outage

 I believe TPG recently sold part of their backbone network to Vocus, and I wonder whether this resulted from someone trying to integrate it?  I wonder why SME network designers never seem to think something might fail; the ABC announced this morning that a large private hospital network was uncontactable.
