At a talk at ANU in 2021 Ms Kersti Eesmaa, the Estonian Ambassador
mentioned they were considering keeping a copy of national records in
Canberra, as well as Luxembourg.

Much of the talk was a sales pitch to digital natives, as well as a
warning about the threat of cyber attacks as a weapon of war. The NATO
