[LINK] Y2038 Problem Arrives Early?

Had a call from Radio 3AW breakfast Melbourne this morning about a Year 
2038 Problem.

Apparently, a Victorian government body has been sending out invoices 
with the date 2038 on them. This is a known problem similar to Y2K. But 
not the end of the world.
