Not sure there are economies for universities at this scale, especially
if you have a lot of campuses. Adelaide and South Australia have
campuses just down the road from each other. This is valuable inner city
land, so the savings might come by closing one, or keeping it and
turning it into commercial rental space.

Yes. Normally when I see a weird uni ad, I do a search and find a video
for it on Youtube, and a uni site.

But in this case I couldn't find much. Perhaps they don't want
non-domestic students seeing it and getting frustrated they can't enroll.
