This is what I was rather laboriously trying to say in an earlier post about "OpenAI's o3 model" - ultimate legal responsibility has to be carried by a warm human being, not a machine. I wonder whether this defines the practical limit of AI "usefulness"?
But Roger has the legal qualifications I believe...
