Actually Kim,
Paul Budde said we spend (presumeably given to telcos) 2billion/year.
So, while outsourced payment is still coming from us.
ie 000 is currently nationalised (but outsourced to Telcos)
Electicity in NSW before AUSGRID (poles & wires installed by PMG) was
sold off and Retailers were invented.
What is the role of NBN?
