Try bookfinder.com:
	http://www.bookfinder.com/
This is a meta-search engine which searches most of the major on-line
new and used book stores and many of the minor used stores. The book
is indeed out of print, but a search turned up 2 used copies for sale
of the 1971 (second) edition as well as some copies of the first
edition.

Also of interest to the list, Friedrich Steinbauer's dictionary was
reprinted recently ("Concise dictionary of New Guinea pidgin"). It
was originally published by Kristen Pres in Madang and was then
reprinted by Hippocrene Books in New York (renamed "Neo-Melanesian -
English Concise Dictionary: New Guinea Pidgin-English Language"). It
is trilingual and monodirectional, from Tok Pisin to English and
German. Its main value for us though is that it includes much
etymology that Mihalic does not include.
