indicate the scientific names of flora and fauna - we must do this
throughout

blu lang -- I can't understand what you wrote here. I think Mihalic was
using "March fly" in error. "Can anyone confirm that blu lang does not mean
blow fly?" -- do you mean "does mean"?

bikmausim (word was not used in any of the Wantok Stori Tumbuna from
1972-1997 indicating that usage is probably rare) -- I'm sure you are right
and I have never heard it. Has anyone else?

"groper" - noun: the groper , the rockcod (marine fishes, family
Serranidae) -- anyone have more information

samsam -- we could refine the locations where this is used
