Site update - FTP woes at an end

My FTP woes have finally come to an end. It is a trickle down effect after
Sep 11 that organisational computer systems are now pretty well battened
down. Anyhow, I have special privileges to get past our firewall
arrangements and I have just refreshed the Mihalic site.

I'm sure there are still oddities among the pages, but bear with me - there
are a lot of them.

I will plug on with the revisions (bit by bit, of course).
