[Mihalic] More etymology

The preface to the Lanyon-Orgill book says that it is based primarily 
on several books and manuscripts.  He claimed to have checked every 
entry in the book with Tolai elders (including a Tolai named Malada), 
and he says he added 3000 words based on his field work.

I agree it would be important to have any critical opinions on this 
book posted.
