Re the query under "wilwil":
The list at http://www.hanaleihaven.com/lingo.htm defintely had nothing to do
with Hawai'i Pidgin (aka Hawai'i Creole). I lived for several years in Hawai'i
and never heard those words-- they're all Tok Pisin, including wilwil.
BTW, "wilwil" is not completely obsolete. I still hear it from time to time in
New Ireland, alongside "baisikel", although I can't recall hearing it from
anyone under 40.
