[Mihalic] Kepkep, kapkap

I think kepkep/kapkap is widespread in New Ireland, and it has
been borrowed into Papuan Kuot as kakep/kekep, with assimilation
of the first p to the second k. It means the ornament as well as
kneecap, and is also used for money these days. The assimilation
suggests it's quite an old word in the language, as it is not
applied regularly to modern loans, so I would say it's pre-Tok
Pisin.
