Lip moni is common on Lihir Island (NIP) - it is often used in relation to
mining roaylties, compensation, equity etc. It is also somewhat tied up
with ideas of prophesy fulfilment from the TIA 'cargo cult', where these
payments represent the realisation of predictions for a new life of wealth
gained without toil.

dai moni on the otherhand is sometimes used to refer to wage labour - with
the simple analogy that wealth gained through this form contributes
towards your death from the expenditure of energy, substance etc.
otherwise I have not heard the other expressions used on Lihir.
