[Mihalic] Sik muruk

If sik muruk is regionally restricted, what is the common term (if any) for
epilepsy? I asked my wife, a native speaker of Tok Pisin, who says she
thinks she remembers sik blong faia being used in the Highlands - apparently
because people sleep close to the fire up in the Highlands, but when
epileptics have a fit when sleeping they roll into the fire.
