[Nauty] hypergraph

Hello
Is there currently some version of 
nauty/dreadnaut which can work with hypergraphs? 
If not, does anyone know if  there is some other 
program available for this?

Specifically,  I have a set of 3-uniform 
hypergraphs, they are not terribly large, which I 
want to reduce to a set of non-isomorphic 
representatives. I can write a  simple program of 
my own for this but I thought I'd first check 
that I'm not reinventing the wheel.
