Hi Senlin,
In the nauty user's Guide, there are two examples in Appendix A. You can
simply copy one of them and then make changes.
You need nauty.c, nautil.c and naugraph.c when compiling the example.
Examples can also be found in the nauty package, named nautyex.c, nautyex2.c
and nautyex3.c.
