[Nauty-list] Algorithm in geng.c and genbg.c

Is the algorithm implemented in geng.c and genbg.c the same as the one
described in "B. D. McKay, Isomorph-free exhaustive generation, J.
Algorithms 26 (1998) 306-324"?
