Hello!

Thanks for your help! make checks is now working.
But how can I integrate nauty to polymake?
If I execute the example prog from the polymake site I get the following
error:
polymake show_facets
 exec of 1 failed at /usr/local/polymake/perl/Poly/ProgramPipe.pm line 64
 exec of 1 failed at /usr/local/polymake/perl/Poly/ProgramPipe.pm line 64

Do you know something about this?
