[Nauty-list] Some Problems of Compiling with nauty

Does anyone know how to solve the following problems? Thank you very much!
 
1. How to define the OUTPROC to catch the output from geng and save to an array instead of writing to a file?
2. How to generate canonical labelings of graphs without writing to file?
3. How to deal with graphs with more than 32 vertices? i.e. how to generate their canonical labelings?
