[Nauty-list] comparing two graphs

Hi all:


In my problem I am trying to compare two graphs; whether they are identical
or not. I went through the manual and could not find any support for such
stuff in the NAUTY. Can we use the software in such way? May be I am missing
something here.

Any comments.
