[Nauty-list] Script to use Nauty!!

Hi,

I'm trying to use Nauty to find a isomorphism between two simple graphs. So, I would like to use a script (or a procedure in C) to do this automatically because I have to do many tests to my work. However, the script must be able to read the two simple graphs from a text archive (.txt for example).
Does anybody know how can I do that?
