[Nauty-list] Automorphism question

Yes, you can filter the output of geng or genbg through pickg.

pickg has -a for automorphism group size and -o for orbit count.

For example, graphs of order 9 with at most 5 orbits:
    geng 9 | pickg -o1:5

Use geng --help  or  pickg --help  for more information.
