[Nauty-list] Version 2.5 of nauty, now with version 2.0 of Traces

Announcing nauty 2.5 with Traces 2.0

We are pleased to announce the release of a major revision of nauty,
together with the program Traces.

nauty and Traces, which are different algorithms for computing the
automorphism group of a graph and its canonical labelling, are now
distributed in one software package.

to obtain the software.  It is also available at
   http://cs.anu.edu.au/~bdm/nauty

dreadnaut can now operate in three modes:
 - nauty with dense data structures
 - nauty with sparse data structures
 - Traces

For a list of changes since the previous version see the file
changes24-25.txt available at the above web sites.

Please report problems with the programs or errors in the
documentation to one of us.
