[Nauty] nauty on win 64

Version 2.2 is about 15 years old and I don't support it.

If you are running geng manually, you should visit
    http://users.cecs.anu.edu.au/~bdm/nauty/
and fetch version 2.6 (or 2.7, which is fairly stable).

You will need to compile it yourself.  Someone on this list
may help you if you are unable to compile it.

If instead you are using some other package which calls geng,
you need to contact the package author for a newer version.
