[Nauty] problem with genbg

I cannot replicate this problem; on both Mac OSX and Red Hat Linux, typing this command directly into the command line produces the expected behaviour.

When I put the line into a script, it works just as though it was from the command line.

Are you doing any post-nauty processing of the output?
