Subject: "2007 Research Student" Scholarship 

 

Dear Sir or Madam: 

Every year, the Monbukagakusho ("MEXT" or Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) offers scholarships to foreign students who are interested in studying at a Japanese university.

Enclosed, please find information about the "2007 Research Student" Scholarship.  This scholarship is intended for students who hold a bachelor's degree in any subject, or the equivalent according to the specified criteria mentioned on the information form.

I would appreciate it if you would publicize this information and refer any interested persons to us for further information.

Please note that the deadline for submitting applications is May 15, 2006. 

We used to send this information by mail, but for the second year we have chosen to reach you via email. If you have any problem to open the attached document, please communicate with us.
