Subject: questionnaire ready for distribution

Dear team,
 
The online questionnaire is currently being fine-tuned following feedback
from the student focus groups last week, and will be available to students
from TUESDAY this week.  In fact, there will be three slightly different
questionnaires, one for:
1. first-year students - please distribute attached flyer in class
2. second year continuing students - please distribute attached flyer in
class
3. discontinuing students - leave this group to us for now.
 
ADMINISTRATION DETAILS:
We will be contacting the discontinuing students by e-mail, but need you
contact current students by handing out the attached two-page flyer (please
print back-to-back to make one page) to students in your FIRST YEAR and
SECOND YEAR classes.
 
1. If you CAN set aside lab time for students to complete the questionnaire
in class, please let them know when you will be doing this when you hand out
the flyer.  Also, don't forget to LEAVE THE ROOM while they are completing
the questionnaire.
 
2. If you CANNOT set aside lab time, just hand out the questionnaire with as
many ENCOURAGING NOISES as you can make, and leave students to do it in our
own time.
 
DON'T FORGET to let me know how you are distributing the questionnaire.
