THE THOMAS & MARGARET RUTH MCARTHUR FELLOWSHIP

The University of Melbourne has just called for applications for the above postdoctoral fellowship:-  http://jobs.unimelb.edu.au/caw/en/#/job/885412/the-thomas-margaret-ruth-mcarthur-fellowship

For those who are unfamiliar with these, the fellowships are funded by a bequest from the anthropologist Margaret McArthur, are for postdocs in humanities or social sciences.  Crucially, “preference [is] given to female candidates and candidates undertaking research in the field of Anthropology”.   The fellowship offers 3 years at Lecturer A salary, with up to another $10,000 per year to fund research.
