Dear Pacific Institute members,

In discussion with Katerina, I had agreed to convene PASI 3012, Readings in Indigenous Studies, beginning in S2 next year. However, I've been asked to co-convene the BAS Foundation course in semester 2, 2016 by the Bachelor of Asian Studies Steering Committee, chaired by the College Associate Dean. As I am also teaching The Death of God in semester 2, 2016, the CHL Director of Education has asked me to relinquish PASI3012 and approach colleagues in Pacific Studies to see if someone else could take it on.

My sincere apologies to all for this unanticipated change in plans.

I'm writing to all of you, and cc'ing Ruth Barraclough, to ask who might be willing to convene PASI 3012 beginning in the middle of next year.
