Dear Xuemei and Ian,

Hope this email finds you both well!

As part of our programme in supporting the Port Moresby city government in making the city safer for women and girls, we are organising a regional conference in October this year. We would like to invite diverse partners who are working in making cities safe, in particular the Pacific context, to come together to share lessons learnt, best practices and form supportive networks. We are now inviting interested presenters to send in a brief description of their work so we can streamline the conference content.

I have attached the conference poster. Please if you can circulate this among your networks, to those who may be interested, it would be very much appreciated. We will also send out more information for interested participants later. If there are organisations or individuals that I should reach out, please also do let me know.
