Dear colleagues,

The new website of the Maison des Sciences de l'Homme du Pacifique (MSHP) is now up and running, and we invite you to check it out to learn about ongoing projects in history, anthropology, sociology, linguistics and archaeology, that may be of interest to you.

http://www.mshp.upf.pf/fr/presentation-de-la-msh-p

The MSHP is part of the French MSH network and welcomes many researchers from the Pacific and beyond to: develop projects, promote international collaborations, organize conferences, communicate results to a larger audience (especially through a series of publications) and support researchers, especially PhD students and post-doc.

Some international institutions have partnerships with the MSHP, including the ANU. Several researchers from the ANU-Pacific Institute are already involved in the scientific committee and various projects (including Chris Ballard, Nic Evans, Guillaume Molle...).

The ambition of the MSHP is to become an international hub for new and innovative projects in Human Sciences in Oceania, so feel free to share with anybody who may have an interest, and keep an eye for future rounds!

Mau'ururu!
