This email is to advise Pacific Institute members that PhD candidate Tobias Haque will be presenting his final seminar on Monday 17 April at 1pm Canberra time. Titled ‘Does public finance reform help address conflict in fragile states?’, the seminar will feature Tobias’s findings regarding three post-conflict settings: Solomon Islands over 2003-2014, Timor-Leste over 2000-2015 and Afghanistan over 2001-2021.
