You are invited to the forum on PNG Art to be held in Canberra on Friday 14 November 2025.

PNG, international and local speakers will talk about the breadth of Papua New Guinea art from traditional cultural objects to the modern street art of Port Moresby and beyond.

This will be followed by curatorial talks by Guy Hansen, Director of Exhibitions at the National Library of Australia on the 1975: Living in the Seventies exhibition and Crispin Howarth and Danielle Toua, curators of Bilong Papua New Guinea: 50 years of Independence exhibition at the National Gallery of Australia on Saturday 15 November.
