<p style="margin:0cm;text-align:justify;background:white"><span style="color:black">350 Pacific is a youth-led grassroots network working with communities to fight climate change and elevate the stories of frontline communities affected by the climate crisis.
With teams active across 15 Island nations and in the diaspora communities of Australia, New Zealand and the U.S., they rally behind the mantra, "We are not drowning, we are fighting", to shift the narrative of Pacific people from mere victims of climate change
to warriors of the Pacific, surviving and thriving despite climate change. In this presentation, 350 Pacific Queensland Coordinator, Mary Harm, will share on the work of the Pacific Climate Warriors, what climate justice work looks like for Pacific communities
based in Australia and how we can continue to push our vaka/waka/canoe forward together for a fair and just transition away from fossil fuels.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p style="margin:0cm;text-align:justify;background:white"><b><span style="color:black">Mary Maselina Harm</span></b><span style="color:black"> is a proud Samoan/Chinese-Fijian born in Canada and raised on Turrbal country, north of the Brisbane River. She is
the eldest daughter of the eldest daughter, of the eldest daughter and was named after the matriarchs on both sides of her family. Passionate about the power of storytelling in creating social change, Mary enjoys working in multidisciplinary spaces, in particular
with young people, to co-design initiatives and projects that are of value to them and their communities. Mary currently serves as the QLD Coordinator for the Pacific Climate Warriors. It has been this work, at the grassroots, that has informed how Mary meaningfully
engages and mobilises community in all spaces.</span><span class="eop"><b><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Lato",sans-serif;color:#232333"><o:p></o:p></span></b></span></p>
