	The Great Hartley Bike-Cleaning Workshop

	Learn how to clean your bike properly. This prevents wear on
your gear (hence fewer expensive replacements) and enables smooth gear
changes 

	All proceeds to Hartley Lifecare 

	Where: Upstairs undercover area at Stromlo Forest Park (the crit
circuit on Uriarra Road)

	When: Sunday 14 September 2008 2 pm to 4 pm; By whom: Fyshwick

	For whom: Anyone who wants a clean bike and who wants to learn
how to clean their bike properly

	Watcha gets: Experienced bike cleaners will lead you step by
step through the process and help you clean your own bike. Just about
everything provided. Surface clean of frame with minimal water (spray
bottles); degrease of chain and cleaning of drive components; lube of
chain (Pedro's Ice Wax); coating of bike lust to bring out the bling
(makes the bike shine).

	Watcha brings: Bring your bike, a stand or windtrainer if you
have one, rubber gloves, spray bottle
