[Sailingclub] Bateman's Bay Weekend - Pre Trip Meeting sec: unclassified

Hi

A pre-trip meeting is going ahead tomorrow night (Thursday).

5.30 to 6.30 pm is pack boats at the club

6.30 pm arrange transport and accommodation

There will be site booked under ANUSC at the Bateman's Bay Beach Resort
(opposite the Shell service station, on the beach). Cost will comprise a
per person fee plus an average cost for the site booking. There are
fridges and BBQs for cooking (very stylish compared to an open fire).



LOST PROPERTY

If you believe you have left an esky or clothes or bed rolls in the
club. PLEASE TAKE THEM HOME.

If they are still there after the cocktail party, they will become the
property of club and I will dispose as I see fit.
