A couple of issues and reminders

TODAY is clubs and society day.  Come see our stall, enjoy a BBQ when
renewing your membership.


Open Day

THIS SUNDAY (19 Feb)  ,  12 pm,  come along, have sail, FREE BBQ, meet
the members, renew friendships

Training

We are taking nominations for training courses for new sailors.    If
you would like a refresher, we are offering an opportunity to get come
along to training course, be refreshed and then take new trainees for a
sail.  Teaching other people is a great way to reinforce your knowledge.

I am running a sharpie training and racing course.  It is limited to 6
people.  We will sail at least twice and then participate in the
Wednesday night CYC race.  Ongoing support will be provided if you
continue racing the sharpies.

Tuesday night training with the YMCA  from 5pm.  We had 6 boats out last
night.  The feedback has been very positive.


Open time

We are open Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturdays and Sundays.  Other times by
hiring a key (see the web site for details)

Regattas and Weekends Away

Canberra Day weekend
	Tuross social trip

	Lake Wallagoot Regatta ( 4 races Saturday & Sunday), camp at the
club in a south coats national park.  People often stay the Sunday
night.  Several sharpies will be attending

Tasar State Titles

	Easter, Lake Macquarie

Bateman's Bay

	ANZAC long weekend (April).  This is a major regatta with over
100 boats attending with sailors of all skill level.
