[ANU Sailing Club] Coast Trip this weekend

Hi all,

Just an advert for the coast trip this weekend. If your interested sign up on the ANUMC website http://anumc.anu.edu.au/node/372 and turn up to the pretrip meeting tomorrow night (Wednesday) at 6pm at the Mezzanine in the new sports hall near the ANUMC gearstore.

As per tonights SRA AGM it looks like the insurance situation may be solved by the weekend. If not the trip will be officially cancelled and replaced with an non-club trip with no club equipment.

In a nutshell this trip involves going to the coast for a weekend to
relax on the beach, have a beachparty and enjoy a range of water
related activities!
The activities change each year depending on the availability of
experienced trip leaders and what people bring. This year there will
definately be kayaking but feel free to contact me if you want to
organise anything else.
The location for the trip will be Durras which is just north of
Batemans bay and has a campsite with showers, toilets and take away
food.
This trip is completely first timer friendly and no prior experience is necessary besides the ability to swim.
The cost will include petrol, camping fees and a BBQ on Saturday
night. It is traditional to stop for dinner as a group en route Friday
and Sunday nights and this is not included in the cost (feel free to
bring your own food and skip the restaurant).
